Abstract

In the broader definition of communication as the transfer of information, all paranormal mediation is psi communication. This article discusses the narrower sense of psi communication that consists of transfer of information between cognitive individuals. Several ways that psi transmission may be manifested (e.g., preverbal, spontaneous, and ostensible communication, and out-of-body experience) are presented. Examples of psi between humans and lower animals and between living individuals and spirits of the deceased are cited. (36 ref)
