Barker, David R(1979). What next in survival research: IV. From guesses to enumeration: Plans for a census of reincarnation type cases in India. Journal of Indian Psychology, 2(1), (pp. 19-23) Abstract Reports that new data processing capacities and research strategies for locating cases are refining the understanding of important features of reincarnation cases and their distribution and prevalence in India. An analysis of computerized data from 113 cases has resulted in a description (which is included) of a typical case from North India with which new cases may be compared. (13 ref)
