Abstract

Argues that the primary obstacle to the acceptance of psi is not the absence of solid data but the presence of an incompatible belief system. Topics discussed are classical science and the doctrine of objective realism, and the outlook for parapsychology in methodological and theoretical directions. (15 ref)
