Schmidt, Helmut &
Dalton, Kathy (1999). PK tests with repeated efforts on prerecorded
targets. Journal of Parapsychology, 63(3), (pp. 275-283) Abstract A study was conducted with the aim of
deciding how 2 different psychokinetic (PK) efforts on the same prerecorded
target would compare with a single PK effort. 42 Ss completed either the
multi-PK-test, the mediation-PK-test or the click-PK-test. The Ss took tests
to determine whether or not there is a possible correlation between PK
performance and other psychological characteristics. In part of the runs, the
2 PK efforts were aimed in the same direction, and in another part, in
opposite directions. Unfortunately the authors could not detect any
significant PK effect, so no conclusions with regard to the underlying
question could be drawn.
