Palmer, John (1998). Parapsychology, anomaly, and altered states of consciousness. Behavioral and Brain Sciences, 21(2), (pp. 302-303)

Abstract

Responds to J. Glicksohn\'s comments (see record 1998-10672-003) on the problems using the "noise reduction model" of psi and the embedding of psi in altered states of consciousness on the articles by K. R. Rao and J. Palmer and J. E. Alcock. The author discusses research to support the correlation between ESP and altered states of consciousness and clarifies the use of the term anomaly.
