King, David (1996). A
Kantian model for parapsychological phenomena. Journal of
Parapsychology, 60(3), (pp. 241-250) Abstract Argues that parapsychology\'s frequent
concern with, for example, structuring constraints imposed by the mind, makes
Kant\'s ontological system, where infinitary raw data are structured by the
faculty of the understanding, very useful for explaining many of the
persistently puzzling features of parapsychology. The argument is made
despite Kant\'s ambivalent attitude toward phenomena nowadays clasified as
parapsychological. Speculations are proposed concerning the kind of
limitations to which parapsychology may inherently be subject.
