Arbindo is a synthesis of knowledge, devotion and action; it is the yoga of
affirmation. Quietude, meditation and concentration, controlled food and
sleep help in achieving it. The vehicle of instrument of psi phenomena in
this system of yoga is the subliminal, between the subconscious and the
superconscious.
