Journal of General Psychology, 71(2), (pp. 307-312) Abstract The experiment was designed to verify 3
hypotheses pertaining to ESP, guessing, and knowledge of results. The data
were analyzed by 2-way analysis of variance, dependent variables being
repetition of the previously made responses and correct anticipation of the
cards. Hypotheses relating to KR were verified. The results in ESP and
guessing warranted the discussion of some important methodological issues.
