204-209) Abstract In an exploratory study of ESP
in adult Ss, 2 variables among a number examined were related to ESP
performance to a degree that warrants further investigation. A significant
negative correlation was found between the ESP scores and the Ss\'
prediction of how they would perform (above, at, or below mean chance
expectation). A significant positive correlation was obtained between
religious values (Allport-Vernon scale) and ESP scores.
