Schmeidler, G (1958). Analysis and evaluation of proxy sessions with Mrs.
Caroline Chapman. Journal of Parapsychology, 22, (pp. 137-155) Abstract 16 sessions with the "sensitive" proxy
visitors obtained verbal records intended to fit the personal circumstances
of absent and unidentified persons. This material was subjected to a
controlled quantitative evaluation in ways designed to take into account
differences in the character of the sensitive\'s descriptive statements.
The statistical significance was greater with a method which weighted the
more distinctive items.
