Mental states associated with success in precognition. Journal of
Parapsychology, 20, (pp. 96-109) Abstract An
experiment, presented as an exploratory investigation, was done to compare
subjects\' ESP performance with their self-ratings on a "mood" scale. The
total results of the precognition tests were positive and statistically
significant. The best ESP scores were obtained when the subjects rated their
moods as being pleasant.
