Fiona SteincampI gained my PhD in Continental Philosophy from the University of Dundee in 1991. In 1995 joined the Koestler Parapsychology Unit as a contract research worker. My research focus at the Unit has been on precognition, which I have investigated using multiple approaches (surveys, experiments, reviews, and philosophical analyses). From 1999-2001 I was invited to the Institut fuer Grenzgebiete der Psychologie und Psychohygiene in Freiburg (Germany) to work with Holger Boesch and Emil Boller on a large meta-analysis on the effect of human intention on the output of REGs. My work at the Unit has also been funded by grants gained from the Fundacao Bial and the Perrott-Warwick Fund. I retain my interest in Continental Philosophy and I publish in both parapsychology and philosophy.
