Abstract
This Bulletin is written for a general audience who are curious but generally ignorant about ESP phenomena. The aim and rationale of the Foundation are outlined, along with an account of the methods and types of studies conducted. Two current research projects conducted in France and Switzerland are showing significant results: one experiment testing long-distance telepathy through two linked computers, and the other experiment testing the psychokinesis of humans and animals affecting a random device.
