Parapsychology Review, 20(6), (pp. 5-8) Abstract In order to encourage the parapsychological community to undertake much needed research, 2 major historiographical approaches (internal and external) to the history of science are discussed. Areas related to these approaches (e.g., biographical studies, study of time periods, historical study of psychic phenomena themselves) are also addressed.
