Abstract

Suggests that opening up psychically can be viewed as a 3-step process that involves discovery of the self, discovery of the energy body, and control of energy. A grounding and a running energy exercise are outlined. The chakras, the human aura, and the etiology of human illness are discussed. It is suggested that healing can come through breath and rhythm, tone -cleaning, visualization, color, and faith or prayer exercises, as well as through unconditional love and acceptance. An outline of how to stay well is presented.
