Abstract

Discusses the relevance of psychometry, the ability of some sensitives to gain information about absent persons or distant events by using an object associated with them, to the question of discarnate survival. Topics considered include the relation of spirit mediumship to psychometry, the place of the object in psychometric cognition, and metaphysical theories that would accommodate psychometry.
