Nash, Carroll B(1983). An extrasensory observational theory. Journal of the Society for Psychical Research, 52(794), (pp. 113 -116) Abstract Presents an extrasensory observational theory of quantum mechanics in which the mind acting nonlocally is associated with a reduction of the wave function of the target object to produce an indivisible psi act consisting of instantaneous and simultaneous ESP and psychokinesis. This theory does not postulate that state vector collapse does not also result from sensory observation. The theory pertains to the measurement problem in quantum mechanics, and it constitutes an explanation of psi. (16 ref)
