Nash, Carroll B(1981). High- and low-dice psychokinesis with hidden targets. Parapsychological Journal of South Africa, 2(2), (pp. 11-17) Abstract 28 Ss performed 3 runs of 24 rolls of a pair of dice in a test of hidden -target psychokinesis (PK). The concealed targets were pairs of playing cards which, when of the same color, constituted a target for high dice (combined faces of the 2 dice over 7) and, when of different colors, served as a target for low dice (combined faces of the dice under 7). The deviations for high- and low-dice PK did not differ significantly from mean chance expectancy. A post hoc, significant deficiency of target doubles and die doubles were observed, suggesting PK. A significant deficiency of call doubles in an unpublished experiment by the author is also reported. (6 ref)
