Parapsychology Review, 12(6), (pp. 11-17) Abstract States that systems for the cultivation of psi can be legitimately designed for introduction into the mainstream educational system. Three categories of structures are discussed: those inherent in all systems, those reflected in consciousness, and parameters in systems of psi-cultivation. Strategies related to the design of systems for psi-cultivation are proposed. (19 ref)
